Return & Exchange Policy
At Peonies & Pearls Boutique want you to love everything that is purchased from us. However, there's a need to return something eventually! Therefore, we gladly accept returns for a store credit (PPB E-Giftcard) within 30 days from the day you placed your order.
- Have your order number ready.
- Click here to begin your return. Complete the steps listed on the screen.
- You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.)
- Take your return to any of the 31,000 US drop-off locations.
- Look for updates, as we'll keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return.
- We'll deduct $8 from your store credit (PPB E-Gift Card) to cover shipping costs, unless we made an error.
- Merchandise that may qualify for return are any item that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all the original tags attached and not marked FINAL SALE.
- Damages merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving or it cannot be returned.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you (shipping at your cost). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
Swimwear are returnable in new condition with Hygienic Liner and all original tags attached.
Jewelry, hair accessories, socks, tights and sunglasses are non-returnable.
- Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Cards are Final Sale
- We will 100% pay for shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective product, etc.) otherwise return shipping it at the expense of the customer.
- If you choose to use our pre-paid return label sent to your email the cost may varies and will be deducted from the return total once we process your return.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- You can return your item in the original packaging or any packaging that will safely return the items back to us. Please do not staple any bags as it can damage the items.
- Once your return has reached our warehouse, please allow us up to 14 business days for us process your return. Thank you for your patience while we work to increase staffing.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Availability of an exchange item is not guaranteed.
