SHIPPING
Once an order is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your account. Orders with standard shipping typically take 2-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 2:00pm EST (11:00am PST) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
To ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible, all packages are sent with Authority to Leave the package at your delivery address.

Business days
Shipping days are 24-hour days. If you place your order on Monday (before 2:00 pm ET), then 1 business day would be Tuesday. If you place your order on Monday (after 2:00 pm ET), then 1 business day would be Wednesday. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping MethodsWe uses Standard Shipping via UPS or USPS. Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 4-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Expedited Shipping (shipped via UPS)
Expedited orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET (11:00 a.m. PT) will be shipped the same day. An expedited order requires a physical address. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Domestic
We are currently shipping to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.
International
We are currently not offering international shipping.
Missing/Lost Packages
Please use the tracking number emailed to you to track your package. Once your package leaves our warehouse and picked up by the mail carrier, we have no control over it.
Please contact the Carrier (USPS/UPS) directly for any inquiries. We are not responsible for missed delivery, lost or damaged products. We will not issue a refund or reship a package.
