We offer free shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $75 or more after any discounts are applied.

We do our best to ship items within 2-4 business days after an order is placed. Please note that Priority Shipping does not include processing times. We strive to get your package to you as soon as possible. 

For only $7.99 We will move your order to the front of the line! Meaning your order will our shop within 24 hours (excluding weekend).

Expedited orders placed before 12:00 p.m. ET  will be shipped the same day.  An expedited order requires a physical address. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Please note that once we ship your order out, we're no longer responsible for your package.

Therefore, we gladly accept returns for a store credit (PPB E-Giftcard) within 30 days from the day you placed your order. Return must be received unworn, unwashed, and in NEW condition with original clothing tags.

Have your order number ready. Click here to begin your return. Complete the steps listed on the screen.You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.) Take your return to any of the 31,000 US drop-off locations.Look for updates, as we'll keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return.We'll deduct $8 from your store credit (PPB E-Gift Card) to cover shipping costs,unless we made an error.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Most of our items can be machine washed in a gentle cold cycle. Turn clothes inside out and lay it flat to dry for better results.
